Terms & Conditions

General:

1. All items are brand new.
2. First come first serve basis.
3. Priority will be given to the buyer who can make fast payment.
4. Serious buyer only.
5. NO BACK OUT once order confirmed.
6. No extra Pictures request.
7. Original color might be slightly different from picture due to the computer monitor setting
8. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
9. We will not be held responsible for any damage or lost items during delivery.

Reservation:

1. Reservation of item will be release again to others if the buyer fail to make payment within 1 day without any noticed.
2. Missing In Action for more than 1 day, please re-confirm the item availability before you make payment. Item maybe sold out during your MIA period, but we will refund, no worry!
3. During end of the month, some will be quite tight, therefore, we do except of min RM10 for reservation deposit of item in 1 week times. But, No Refund on this case if happens to be back out.

Payment:

1. Total amount will be confirmed again through the confirmation mail.
2. Payment needs to be made within 1 day, unless buyer have further notice.
3. Payment method for local buyer is via Maybank & CIMB.
4. Payment method for international buyer Paypal, M2U & CIMB Click.

For Sales Item:

1. No further discount on Sales Items.
2. No Complain or Refund on Sales Items.

COD:

1. COD is unavailable (because we are now based in PERAK)
2. No discount on COD items.
3. No extras charges on COD items.
4. No Back Out during COD.

Posting Method:

• PosEkspress (Local)
• Service not available for posting apparel (set by POST MALAYSIA)
• Buyer can request to take this method, but we are not responsible on any undelivered causes.
• Flat rate: RM4 for each envelop
• Poslaju (Local)
• confirm deliver on the next day (For Zon A place)
• effectively from 15/7/11, Poslaju has increase the fuel charge, therefore we have amended on the rate as below:
• West Malaysia / Peninsular Malaysia : RM2
• East Malaysia : RM4
• FREE PosLaju when purchase 2 items & above.

• Poslaju (Australia) - not really recommend unless really urgent!
• item will be deliver within 3-5 days
• rate: 1st 500g = RM95, following 500g = RM18

• Register Post (International):
• Australia : Below 0.25kg = RM12, Below 0.5kg = RM26
• Other country please email me

• Parcel (International):
• Australia : Below 0.40kg = RM30
• Other country please email me
